We reply within 24 hours on business days. For complex OEM projects or custom specifications, we may take up to 48 hours to provide a detailed breakdown.
Yes. We offer samples for evaluation before any full order commitment. Sample shipping cost via DHL or FedEx is paid by the buyer. If you proceed with a full order, the sample cost is deducted from your invoice.
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance payment against copy of bill of lading. Letter of Credit (L/C) is accepted for large orders.
Yes. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any required inspection certificates. Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas can be arranged on request.
There is no fixed MOQ for standard products — we evaluate each enquiry individually. For first-time buyers, we are happy to discuss smaller trial orders to establish the relationship before committing to larger volumes.
