Our production facility in Jiangxi Province gives us direct control over every stage of manufacturing — from raw steel sourcing through to finished product inspection and packaging. There is no outsourcing, no third-party fabrication and no uncertainty about where your products come from.
The facility operates modern CNC cutting equipment, automated welding lines, shot blasting and powder coating systems. This integrated approach means we can guarantee consistent quality, precise dimensional tolerances and reliable lead times on every order.

How We Make Every Product
A consistent 9-stage process ensures every product that leaves our facility meets the same standard.
All incoming steel and aluminium profiles are inspected against material certificates before entering production. We source from certified mills and reject any material that does not meet our specifications — no exceptions.
Profiles are cut to precise lengths using CNC equipment. All cut dimensions are verified against client drawings at this stage — any discrepancies are corrected before the material moves to the next step.
Holes and slots are punched to specification using precision tooling. Consistent hole positioning is critical for assembly alignment — we verify spacing and diameter against the order specification at this stage.
Components are welded and assembled by experienced fabricators. Every weld is visually inspected and structurally tested before the product moves forward. Non-conforming welds are reworked immediately.
All weld seams and sharp edges are ground smooth. Surface finishing at this stage ensures a clean, consistent profile that accepts coating uniformly — critical for both appearance and long-term durability.
Products are shot blasted to remove mill scale, rust and surface contaminants. This creates a clean, roughened surface profile that maximises coating adhesion — directly affecting the durability of the finished product.
Products are powder coated or painted in the specified colour. We offer any standard RAL colour and custom colour matching. Coating thickness is measured and recorded — delivering a smooth, even finish that protects against corrosion and UV degradation.
Every product is visually inspected against our internal quality standard before packing — dimensions, surface finish and structural integrity are checked against the same benchmarks that have passed inspection in the markets we already export to.
Products are carefully packed to prevent transit damage. Each piece is wrapped and secured before loading into export cartons or crates. The export packing list, commercial invoice and all shipping documents are prepared. Container tracking provided from factory to destination port.
