Our production facility in Jiangxi Province gives us direct control over every stage of manufacturing — from raw steel sourcing through to finished product inspection and packaging. There is no outsourcing, no third-party fabrication and no uncertainty about where your products come from.
The facility operates modern CNC cutting equipment, automated welding lines and a dedicated hot-dip galvanizing bath. This integrated approach means we can guarantee consistent zinc coating thickness, precise dimensional tolerances and reliable lead times on every order.

How We Make Every Product
A consistent 6-stage process ensures every product that leaves our facility meets the same high standard.
All incoming steel is inspected against Q235 / Q345 material certificates before entering production. Substandard material is rejected at this stage.
Steel profiles are cut to specification using CNC equipment. Tolerances are checked against client drawings at this stage to catch dimensional errors early.
Components are welded and assembled by experienced fabricators. Weld quality is visually inspected and structurally tested before proceeding.
Products are immersed in molten zinc at 450°C. This creates a metallurgically bonded coating of ≥85μm that provides decades of corrosion protection.
Zinc coating thickness is measured with a calibrated gauge. Dimensions, surface finish and structural integrity are checked against order specifications.
Products are carefully packed to prevent transit damage. Export packing list is prepared and products are dispatched to the port for loading.
Our Quality Standards
Every product is tested before it leaves our facility. No exceptions.
Every batch is measured with a calibrated zinc thickness gauge. Minimum 85μm average, meeting ASTM A123 and EN ISO 1461 requirements.
All lengths, heights and bar spacings are verified against the client's order specifications before products are packed.
Products are visually inspected for surface defects, incomplete coating, weld flaws and damage. Any non-conforming items are reworked or replaced.
SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection can be arranged on request. Inspection reports are provided with the shipping documents.
